Nobody is deployed before they are trained.
Not a policy line. A gate. Police clearance, CNIC verification and references come before a posting is offered, then induction and trade training at our own centre in DHA Phase 5, taught in Urdu and English. Every person is retrained every year.

Training is the half of facility management nobody audits.
Anyone can put a person in a uniform. The difference between a building that holds its standard and one that slips is whether that person was taught, verified and checked, and whether anybody can prove it two years later.
Verification comes first.
A person reaches the Academy only after they have cleared verification, not before. This is the order that matters, because training an unverified person just makes them a better risk.
Police clearance
Obtained and held on file before an offer is made.
CNIC verification
Identity checked against the national database, not against a photocopy.
References
Previous employment confirmed by a person, on a call that is logged.
Medical fitness
Fitness for the physical demands of the post, recorded before deployment.
Every record is held for the life of the contract. If your audit team asks who was on your premises in March last year, and what they were cleared and trained to do, that is a search rather than a hunt.
Six modules, taught before a first shift.
Induction is not a briefing. It is a taught course with an assessment at the end, delivered at our own centre by our own trainers, in the language the trainee actually thinks in.
Two days before a single posting. Who Swift Solution is, what the client is paying for, what good looks like in a lobby, a ward and a trading floor, and what will get somebody sent home.
- Conduct, punctuality and appearance
- Client courtesy and how to handle a complaint on the spot
- Confidentiality on client premises
- How to use the staff app, in Urdu
Why a surface fails and what actually fixes it. Chemistry, dilution, dwell time, colour coding and the difference between clean and disinfected. The module that stops expensive finishes being destroyed by the wrong bottle.
- Surface types and the chemistry each one needs
- Dilution, dwell time and correct sequence
- Colour coded equipment and cross contamination
- Reading a material safety data sheet
Hands on with the machines we actually deploy: ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers, single disc and burnishing machines, industrial vacuums and extractors, high pressure and steam systems.
- Safe operation and pre use checks
- Pad and brush selection by finish
- Daily care that keeps a machine alive
- Fault reporting through the app
Wet floor management, working at height, chemical handling, electrical awareness and what to do in an incident. Taught as method rather than as a poster on a wall.
- Signage, barriers and wet floor discipline
- Working at height and access equipment
- Chemical handling and spill response
- Incident reporting with evidence
For hard services teams: electrical systems, HVAC fundamentals, and the multi skilled work a handyman is expected to close without escalating.
- LT panels, distribution boards and lighting
- HVAC fundamentals and filter regimes
- Plumbing, carpentry and fixture repair
- Asset records and job sign off in SWIFT OS
The most reported area in any building gets its own module: servicing order, high touch disinfection, odour control, dispenser stocking and how to leave a washroom that a guest would rate.
- Correct servicing order and frequency
- High touch disinfection technique
- Odour control and drain treatment
- Responding to a scanned complaint
A training centre, not a meeting room.
29/C, 24th Street, DHA Phase 5, Karachi. A dedicated facility with classroom space, equipment for hands on practice and the machines our teams will actually use on your site.

Training does not stop at the gate.
Deployment is the beginning of the record, not the end of it. The platform knows what each person scored, what they were trained on and where their performance says they need help next.
- Annual refresher for every person. No exceptions, tracked in SWIFT OS.
- Daily uniform and grooming checks with photographic evidence on site.
- AI identifies the next module. A low score in a zone points to the training that would move it.
- New equipment, new session. Nobody operates a machine they were not certified on.
People stay where good work is visible.
Attrition is the quiet cost in this industry, and it is what eventually reaches the client as a drop in standard. Monthly scorecards built from real operating data drive incentives and a Best Employee award, so the person doing it properly is the person who gets noticed.
Monthly scorecard
Attendance, inspections, ratings and complaints, per person
Incentives
Paid against the score, not against a supervisor’s opinion
Best Employee award
Recognised each month across the contract
Improvement path
The score shows exactly where the next gain is
Ask to see a training record.
On a site walk we will open SWIFT OS and show you the verification and training record of the people who would be on your premises. It is the fastest way to tell a real programme from a policy document.
